Lesson Learned
I made another batch of bread today and learned a new lesson: Don't let the dough get too sticky! I followed the recipe, but even after adding an extra cup of flour my dough was still too sticky. I baked it that way anyway because I couldn't find anything online about what happens if your dough is too sticky. The result: very crumbly bread. It's not dry; it just doesn't hold together very well. That's ok: lesson learned! I now have some bread to turn into bread pudding, bread salad, croutons, or bread crumbs. Any other newbie bakers out there? What are your lessons learned?

Thanks for putting this out there! ..If I ever do get the courage to make my own bread, I'm sure knowing this will come in handy. I also really like how you thought of good uses for crumbly bread!! ♥
